Scope

These terms govern the sale of handmade ceramic instruments through clay-instruments.com to buyers who are consumers or businesses.

Order and contract

A product listing is an invitation to order. The purchase contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email. Because each instrument is made individually, I may decline an order — in that case any payment made is refunded in full.

Prices

Prices shown include all applicable taxes. I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added or charged. Prices are displayed in the currency of your region; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. Production begins once payment is received.

Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide. Production takes approximately 1–2 months. See the Shipping policy for details.

Nature of the goods

Each instrument is hand-built and individually tuned. Glaze colour, the agate stone and small surface details vary from piece to piece. Such variation is a characteristic of the goods, not a defect.

Withdrawal and defects

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
