Shipping is free worldwide. No minimum order value.

Production time

Every instrument is made to order. Production usually takes 1–2 months, depending on current demand. Shaping, drying, glazing, firing and tuning each take their own time and cannot be rushed. You will be notified by email when your instrument is finished and dispatched.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within the Czech Republic and 5–14 working days elsewhere, depending on destination and carrier.

Instruments are ceramic and are packed accordingly. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact me at info@janeksedlar.com.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
